The 25th International Water Mist Conference will be hosted by the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. The conference will take place on October 7 and 8, 2026, at the Grand Hotel International Prague. As every year, the event is organized by the International Water Mist Association (IWMA).

The call for papers has already been published, with a deadline for abstract submission of April 15, 2026.

An exhibition will be held alongside the conference, providing companies and organizations with an opportunity to present their activities to delegates, establish contacts, showcase their products, and find new potential customers. IWMA offers various packages for companies and organizations wishing to support the event. Sponsors can now start reserving space for the exhibition. Ticket sales for the event will start on April 15, 2026, with delegates able to take advantage of special prices until August 15, when the early registration period ends.

Another important date is March 31, which is the deadline for submitting nominations for the Ragnar Wighus Award. In 2026, this award will be presented to the author of the best master's thesis on water mist. The IWMA Scientific Council, chaired by Kemal Arsava from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, will evaluate the nominations. The winner will be invited to present their thesis during the event.

The conference is open to anyone interested in the development of water mist technology.
